Please print a copy of this Agreement for your records.The content, resources, and services provided to customers and third-party vendors at greenenergynation.com, including all pages hosted on our domain (the “Site”), are owned and operated by Green Energy Nation, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Green Energy Nation”). The following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use,” or “TOU”) outline your obligations when you access the Site, utilize its content, resources, services, or any of the Services (as defined in Section III, “Description of Services; Limitations on Services,” below). We recommend that you review these TOU before proceeding. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with Green Energy Nation's Privacy Policy (see Section XI, “Privacy Policy,” below), which details our commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
As referenced in these TOU, the terms "you" and "User" refer to any visitor to the Site or user of the Services (as defined in Section III below), including any Third-Party Vendors (as outlined in Section III), whether for personal use or on behalf of their employer.
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to accept and comply with these TOU. Additionally, by utilizing any resources or Services available on the Site, whether accessed directly or through alternative means (such as telephone, email, mail, or facsimile), you agree to comply with these TOU and any specific posted guidelines associated with those resources or Services. Green Energy Nation reserves the right to modify these TOU and any related guidelines at any time, without prior notice (see Part II, “Modifications to This Agreement,” below).
If you disagree with any terms of the TOU or guidelines, or if you object to any subsequent changes, your sole recourse is to discontinue accessing the Site and cease using the resources and Services. Green Energy Nation reserves the right, though not obligated, to enforce the TOU through appropriate means, including but not limited to legal action or other self-help measures.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing the Site or utilizing any resources or services offered. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOU in their entirety. If you do not agree to all the terms, you are not authorized to access the Site or use its resources and services. Green Energy Nation’s acceptance of your use of the Site and related resources or services is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to all the terms and conditions outlined here, excluding any other terms. If this TOU is considered an offer, Green Energy Nation's acceptance is expressly limited to these terms and conditions.
2. Modifications to This Agreement
Green Energy Nation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, or alter the TOU at any time without notice. These modifications become effective immediately upon posting. The TOU constitutes an agreement between you and Green Energy Nation, and you are responsible for reviewing them regularly to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of the TOU can be found by clicking on the "Terms of Use" link located at the bottom of each page on the Site.
3. Description of Services; Limitations on Services
From time to time, Green Energy Nation will provide content, resources, and services as described on the Site (the “Services”).
The Services provided by Green Energy Nation may include, but are not limited to, calculators, estimators, proposal platforms, performance data graphs, dashboards, self-evaluation guides, maps, digests, member forums, blogs, and third-party vendor information (such as manufacturers, installers, contractors, lenders, and financial institutions). Your use of this content, whether provided by Green Energy Nation or a Third-Party Vendor, is subject to these TOU. Green Energy Nation may alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services, including any content, at any time, without notice or liability.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or promise to deliver any specific products or services. Third-Party Vendors may not offer all products and services listed, and certain offerings may be subject to qualifying criteria beyond Green Energy Nation's control.
4. Requests for Information and Services
You may submit a request to Green Energy Nation or any Third-Party Vendor for information or proposals regarding products or services (a “Submitted Request”). This submission authorizes Green Energy Nation or the vendor to contact you through various means (such as phone, email, or mail). If you provide your phone number, it authorizes Green Energy Nation or the vendor to contact you, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry.
5. Registration Requirements
You are required to register with Green Energy Nation to access certain Services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Failing to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
6. User-Provided Content
All content provided by users (messages, images, videos, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the user. Green Energy Nation is not liable for any inaccuracies, and users bear all risks associated with user-provided content.
7. Rights to User-Provided Content
When submitting content to Green Energy Nation, you grant the company and its affiliates a license to display, distribute, and use the content in any medium. You also warrant that you hold the necessary rights to this content and have obtained permission where applicable.
8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance
Green Energy Nation respects intellectual property rights and will remove infringing content when notified.
9. Third-Party Content and Websites; Third-Party Transactions and Services
Green Energy Nation is not liable for content or services provided by third parties. Users are encouraged to investigate third-party transactions before proceeding.
10. Conduct
You agree to use the Site responsibly, avoiding unlawful or prohibited activities, including impersonation, solicitation, and misuse of personal information. Green Energy Nation reserves the right to remove any content or deactivate accounts at its discretion.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in this agreement.
16. Other Terms
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Green Energy Nation and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A printed version of this agreement is admissible in legal proceedings. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
